So is the passion for continuous refinement in the areas of cutting edge techniques as well as tried-and-true procedures. It's equally important to possess a warm and compassionate personality, to ensure that our patients' treatment proceeds as pleasantly and comfortably as possible. Our front office staff is dedicated to easing you through the maze of scheduling, treatment financing, and negotiating the ever-changing world of insurance and cafeteria plans. Additionally, they are quite adept at coordinating treatment visits with your dentist and other specialists, if needed. Meet Our Team Members Marty serves as office manager. She has over two decades of experience in all aspects of the orthodontic office, including clinical assisting. Her skills and expertise are focused on coordination of new patient treatment, management of your account, and insurance processing. Marty has three adult "kids" and one granddaughter. She is a native Eastsider who graduated from Sammamish High School. Kathy serves you as scheduling coordinator. Her focus is on precise scheduling, with the goal of enhancing the efficiency of your treatment. She accomplishes this by scheduling visits so that you can be seen in a prompt manner with adequate time for optimal adjustments. Kathy, a Washington native, has an adult son. She lives on the Green River and enjoys white water rafting and motorcycling with her husband. Calysta hails from New Mexico, where she gained over two decades of valuable experience in both dental and orthodontic assisting. She will be working with you from the beginning of your orthodontic treatment to the delivery of your retainers. Calysta has two kids who are currently in braces, so she can relate to what you parents are going through :. Calysta enjoys reading and going on ski trips with the family-Big Mountain, Montana is her personal favorite. Akane boasts a wide array of dental assisting experience, not only in orthodontic practice but general and children's dentistry as well. Akane is fluent in Japanese, which benefits our many Japanese-speaking patients. She also enjoys conversing with our patients who are studying the language and would like to practice a bit during their visits. Her Siamese cat, Smokey, is pictured. |
