What can you expect at your first appointment?

Pre-Appointment

When you first contact us, our friendly treatment coordinator, Tina, will gather all necessary information to ensure your visit goes smoothly. This may include insurance information and requests for x-rays from your dentist. If applicable, Tina will verify your insurance coverage prior to your visit.

Your First Visit

Every time you walk through our doors, you'll be greeted by our friendly staff. Dr. Shur will spend time with you to learn about your treatment desires and concerns. He'll do an exam to evaluate your bite, and recommend potential treatment solutions. He'll review your photographs and x-rays, as well as educate you on all your options.

Follow-Up

After you meet with Dr. Shur, Tina will sit down with you to outline all your options and next steps. She'll sequence, coordinate, and schedule all follow-up items for you, and work with you to establish convenient financial arrangements. Dr. Schur will bring together any information provided by your dentist and/or other specialists. You'll leave our office feeling empowered, knowing exactly what to do next.
