Newly expanded hours to better serve you!
Expanded hours mean more appointment slots are now available before work and school!
Based upon popular demand and our desire to better meet the needs of our patients and their families, we’ve expanded hours on most days. This means that we will begin to see patients as early as 7:00 am on most Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and as early as 8:00 am on most Mondays. Morning appointments have always been very popular, and the appointments appear to be highly valued (at least buy the parents, if not the sleep-deprived kids). We understand how challenging it can be to fit orthodontic visits into your day without blowing up your schedule or causing excessive stress. We’d like to think that these earlier appointments allow folks to beat the morning commute traffic, but that’s just wishful thinking these days…
Beyond expanded hours
We are constantly on the lookout for ways to improve our service and make orthodontic treatment at Schur Orthodontics as pleasurable as possible, and sometimes even small tweaks can make a big difference. Because patients and parents can offer different perspectives, we encourage you to share your ideas about how we can further improve our services in order to meet your needs. On the flip side, it’s also nice to hear about what we’re doing that you like so that we know to keep on doing it. Thanks in advance for helping us to improve!
Regarding appointment reminders
It seems that more and more people prefer text message (SMS) reminders to email, and we have the ability to send reminders either or both ways. If you’re not getting text message reminders and you ‘d like to, just let Tina or Calysta know and we’ll get it set-up for you.
